The Transiidikeskuse (Transit Centre) Group was founded in Estonia in 1996 with the objective of providing high-quality services of processing transit cargo flows. Besides the parent company Transiidikeskuse AS, the Group includes 4 subsidiaries. Three of them are terminal operators and stevedore companies directly engaged in handling the cargo flows. The operators of the Transiidikeskuse Group are located on the territory of port Muuga, a modern cargo port with a highly advantageous geographical and economic position. The port is located on the coast of the Baltic Sea and is a part of the Port of Tallinn. The Port of Muuga is the biggest in the Baltic region; it is a deep-water and practically ice-free port located 17 km from the city of Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
The operators of the Group are equipped with the most modern port infrastructure - deep water berths, cold stores, big open storage areas and warehouses, most modern technical and transport devices and equipment, easily accessible rail and road links.
